Provincial Youth Development Council (PYDC) ang panauhing pandangal ng
palatuntunan, at inilahad naman ng CSDL Director na si Mrs. Junely Moises ang
mga karapatan at pribilehiyo ng mga kinilalang organisasyon at nagpaalala na
handang tumulong ang CSDL sa pagpapatupad ng kanilang mga proyekto.
Nagwakas ang programa sa panunumpa ng mga lider
at sa pagbibigay ng Sertipikasyon ng pagkilala sa mga kinilalang organisasyon
